Abstract
In department of Orthopaedics Surgery and Traumatology of Istanbul Hospital 317 diagnostic and surgical artroscopic procedures have been carried out between the years of 1990-1993. These cases have been evaluaded in the respect of arthroscopic techiques and complications and artroscopic diagnosis of them. There were 250 males and 67 females with a mean age of 25.1 (15-70) years. The mean time of procedure was 30 minutes (range 20-65 minutes). 98 knees were examined under tourniquet. Eleven comlications were encountered which were; intraarticular hemorrhage in 3, fluid outflow through intermuscular space in 3 and tool breakage in 2. post operative effusion in 2. post operative effusion in 2 cases. Özet
SSK İstanbul Hastanesi 1 Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji klinigi’nde 1990-1993 yılları arasında, diz rahatsızlıkları tanısında ve tedavisinde uyguladığımız tanısal ve cerrahi artroskopik teknikleri ve sonuçları bu çalışma ile değerlendirilmiştir. Olguların 250’si erkek, 67’si kadın olup ortalama yaş (15-70) 27.3 yıldır. Ortalama süre (20-65) 30 dakika olarak saptanmış olup, 98 hastada turnike kullanılmıştır. 3 hastada sıvının eklem dışına sızması, 3 hastada da eklem içi kanama sonucu bulanıklık gibi nedenlerle başarısız olunmuştur. Ayrıca iki olguda eklem içi alet kırılması komplikasyonuna rastlanmıştır. 3 hastamızda ise post-op gelişen effüzyon 2 ay içinde geçmiştir. Sonuçlar klinik muayene ve bir kısım hastalarımızda BT bulguları ile karşılaştırılmış %75.7 ve %84 tanısal doğruluk oranları bulunmuştur.
