Abstract
21 osteochondritis dissecans cases localized in the medial femoral condyle were treated arthroscopically. The study group consisted of 11 men and 10 women with a mean age of 19 years (17-21). The knees were fixed with a 4.0 mm cortical screw and drilled retrogradly. Arthroscopy was applied in all cases in the 3rd (third) month; in 18 cases (86%) a good degree of improvement was observed and the fixation screw taken out; but 3 cases (14%) had to be redrilled, they eventually fixated and atter a 6 month follow-up the screw was removed. Özet
Medial femoral kondilde lokalize 21 osteokondritis dissekans olgusu artroskopik tedavi edilmiştir. 17-21 yaş (ort. 19 yaş) arasında 11'i erkek, 10'u kadın olan olgularda, dissekans 4.0 mm kortikal vida ile tespit edilmiş ve retrograd olarak drillenmiştir. Bütün olgulara 3. ayda artroskopi uygulanmış; 18 olguda (%86) tam iyileşme gözlenerek fiksasyon vidası çıkartılmıştır. 3 olgu (%14) ise yeniden drillenerek 6. aydaki kontrolünde kaynama oluştuğundan vida alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada, diz eklemi osteokondritis dissekans olgularının artroskopik tesbiti ile pseudoartroz yatağının retrograd drillenmesi yöntemi ve sonuçları sunulmuştur.
