Extraneural metastases of the primary central nervous system neoplasms are extremely rare In literature, there are some articles reporting bone metastases of medulloblastoma, pineablastoma, high grade (III, IV) astrocytoma, and glioblastoma multiforme but the number of cases is limited. Primer santral sinir sistemi tümörlerinin sinir sistemi dışında metastazları son derece nadirdir. Literatürde, medullablastom, yüksek grade'li astrositom, pineablastom ve glioblastoma multiformenin kemik metaztazı yaptığını bildiren yayınlar vardır ancak vaka sayıları sınırlıdır.
