Özet
Sık görülen selim kemik tümörlerinden birini oluşturan osteoid osteomada primer semptom ağrı olup, tümörün lokalizasyonuna göre, hastalar bazen farklı bir klinik tablo ile karşımıza çıkabilmektedir. Vertebrada özellikle pedikül ve lamina gibi posterior elemanlara yerleşen bu tümörde, olgularda en sık görülen bulgu ağrılı skolyozdur. Biz bu çalışmamızda ağrılı skolyoz şikayeti ile kliniğimize başvuran iki olguyu literatür bilgilerinin ışığı altında sunmayı amaçladık.
