Abstract
One of the prominent service areas in all health systems that function in line with the aim of a healthy society is preventive health services. Within the scope of this service area, some health services are provided for the person and the environment. In particular, services such as immunization, early diagnosis, nutrition, health education and family planning are prominent among the personal health services. From this point of view, one of the new units integrated into the Turkish health system in 2017 is the Healthy Life Centers. These centers are multi-purpose structures created to protect individuals and society from health risks, to encourage a healthy lifestyle, to strengthen primary health care services, and to facilitate access to these services. The aim of this research is to determine the awareness level of these centers, which serve in very different subjects due to their establishment purpose, in the eyes of the society. In this context, it was tried to determine the level of awareness for these centers with a field study carried out in Isparta city center. With the convenience sampling technique, 400 people were reached in the city center of Isparta. The data obtained within the scope of the field research were entered into the SPSS program and frequency and difference tests were performed. As a result of the study, it was found that the level of awareness towards Healthy Life Centers was not very high; In this direction, it has been determined that the participants are mostly not aware of the services offered by these centers. It has been determined that these centers mostly benefit from nutrition, cancer and preventive oral and dental health services.

Sağlıklı toplum amacı doğrultusunda fonksiyon üstlenen sağlık sistemlerinin tamamında öne çıkan hizmet alanlarından birisi koruyucu sağlık hizmetleridir. Bu hizmet alanı kapsamında kişiye ve çevreye yönelik birtakım sağlık hizmetleri sunulmaktadır. Özellikle kişiye yönelik sağlık hizmetlerinin içerisinde bağışıklama, erken tanı, beslenme, sağlık eğitimi ve aile planlaması gibi hizmetler öne çıkmaktadır. Bu noktadan hareketle 2017 yılında Türk sağlık sistemine entegre edilen yeni birimlerden birisi, Sağlıklı Hayat Merkezleridir. Bu merkezler sağlığa yönelik risklerden birey ve toplumun korunması, sağlıklı hayat tarzının teşvik edilmesi, birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerinin güçlendirilmesi ve de bu hizmetlere ulaşımın kolaylaştırılması amacıyla oluşturulan çok amaçlı yapılardır. Kuruluş amacı itibariyle çok farklı konularda hizmet veren bu merkezlerin toplum nezdindeki farkındalık düzeyinin belirlenmesi bu araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Isparta il merkezinde gerçekleştirilen bir alan araştırması ile bu merkezlere yönelik farkındalık düzeyi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Kolayda örnekleme tekniği ile Isparta il merkezinde 450 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Alan araştırması kapsamında elde edilen veriler, SPSS programına girilerek frekans ve fark testleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Sağlıklı Hayat Merkezlerine yönelik farkındalık düzeyinin çok yüksek olmadığı, bu doğrultuda da katılımcıların bu merkezlerin sunduğu hizmetlerden çoğunlukla haberdar olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu merkezlerden en çok beslenme, kanser ve koruyucu ağız ve diş sağlığı hizmetlerinden faydalanıldığı tespit edilmiştir.
