Abstract
This study is about the academic travel notes made to Jordan as part of the Erasmus program. Erasmus is a program to encourage higher education institutions to cooperate with each other. Erasmus+ KA107 projects offer higher education personnel the opportunity to teach or receive education in another country. In this context, a trip to Jordan Yarmouk University Faculty of Arts and Faculty of al-Sharee‘a and İslamic Studies was carried out between 24.02.2023 and 02.03.2023 under the coordination of Social Sciences University of Ankara (ASBU) Erasmus Unit. Five professors from ASBU Faculty of Theology participated in the program. As a result of the trip, cooperation opportunities between the two universities were developed, academic knowledge was improved, and important gains were obtained in terms of knowledge and observations through cultural trips.
Özet
Bu çalışma, Erasmus programı kapsamında Ürdün’e yapılan akademik seyahat notlarını konu edinmektedir. Erasmus, yükseköğretim kurumlarının birbirleri ile işbirliği yapmalarını teşvik etmeye yönelik bir programdır. Erasmus+ KA107 projeleri ise yükseköğretim personeline başka bir ülkede ders verme ya da eğitim alma imkânı sunan projelerdir. Bu bağlamda Ankara Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi (ASBÜ) Erasmus Birimi koordinesinde, 24.02.2023-02.03.2023 tarihleri arasında Ürdün Yermük Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi ve İlahiyat Fakültesi’ne bir seyahat gerçekleştirilmiştir. Programa ASBÜ İlahiyat Fakültesi’nden beş öğretim üyesi katılmıştır. Seyahat sonucunda iki üniversite arasında işbirliği imkânları geliştirilmiş, akademik bilgiler ilerletilmiş ve yapılan kültürel gezilerle bilgi ve görgü açısından önemli kazanımlar elde edilmiştir.
