Abstract
Anatolia has been home to many cultures and societies since ancient times. This situation has provided richness in terms of cultural richness and contributed to the high number of cultural heritage artifacts in this geography as a result of interactions between cultures. These cultures need to be protected in order to be examined and understood and passed on to future generations. However, cultural heritage is in danger of extinction due to many natural or artificial reasons. Nowadays, with the developing technology, photogrammetric methods have become hybrid with classical methods for the problem of documenting cultural heritage in order to prevent all these dangers and to transfer them to future generations. In the literature, photogrammetric methods have proven their advantages in terms of time, cost, accuracy, etc. compared to classical methods. Recently, in addition to the documentation of cultural heritage by modeling with photogrammetric methods, there has been international promotion through WEB-based visualization. In this study, the importance of documenting cultural artifacts is emphasized by considering small-scale artifacts that are relatively less studied than other artifacts. Özet
Anadolu çok eski çağlardan beri birçok kültüre ve topluma ev sahipliği yapmıştır. Bu durum kültür zenginliği açısından zenginlik sağlamış ve kültürler arası etkileşimler sonucunda kültürel miras eserlerin bu coğrafyada fazla olmasına katkı sağlamıştır. Bu kültürlerin incelenip anlaşılması ve gelecek nesillere aktarılması için korunmaları gerekmektedir. Ancak kültürel miraslar doğal veya yapay birçok sebepten dolayı yok olma tehlikesiyle karşı karşıyadır. Günümüzde gelişen teknolojiyle birlikte bütün bu tehlikelerin önüne geçilebilmesi ve bunların gelecek nesillere aktarılabilmesi için kültürel mirasların belgelenmesi sorununa fotogrametrik yöntemler klasik yöntemlerle hibrit kullanılır hale gelmiştir. Literatürde fotogrametrik yöntemler klasik yöntemlere göre zaman, maliyet, doğruluk vb. kriterler açısından avantajlarını kanıtlamışlardır. Son zamanlarda fotogrametrik yöntemlerle modellenerek belgelenmesinin yanında WEB tabanlı görselleştirme sayesinde kültürel mirasların uluslararası tanıtımı söz konusu olmuştur. Bu çalışmada nispeten diğer eserler göre daha az çalışılan küçük ölçekli eserler ele alınarak kültürel eserlerin belgelemenin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca kültürel mirasların belgelenmesinin yanında WEB tabanlı görselleştirmeyle e-müze gibi sanal ortamlara envanter oluşturularak uluslararası düzeyde tanıtımına katkı sağlanmıştır.
