Çalışmamızda ülkemizde internet ve intranet ortamında kamuya açık kaynakların türlerine göre mevcut sayıları verilmiş, hizmet sunumunda öne çıkan kuruluşlar belirtilmiş, sorunlar açıklanmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Çalışmamızın sonunda üç ek yer almaktadır.
