Ancak histeroskopide karşılaşılan komplikasyonların yarısına yakını özellikle nullipar hastalarda servikal geçiş sırasında olmaktadır. Bu derlemede servikal geçiş sırasındaki komplikasyonları ve servikal dilatasyon ihtiyacını azaltmak amacıyla misoprostolün farklı kullanım yolları ve dozları tartışıldı.
