Abstract
Porokeratozis Mibelli is a hereditary keratinisation disorder. It is a rare and progressive chronic disesase. It is characterized with annular plaques, spanned with hyperceratosic ring. Central of these lesions is usually atrophic but seldom it may be hyperceratotic. Extremities are often affected but lesions may be seen rarely in face, genital organs, oral mucosa and cornea. Porokeratozis Mibelli, nadir görülen, kronik, ilerleyici kalıtsal bir keratinizasyon bozukluğudur. Klinik olarak, çevresi hiperkeratozik halka ile çevrili annüler plaklarla karakterizedir. Bu lezyonların merkezi çoğunlukla atrofiktir ancak hiperkeratotik de olabilir. Lezyonlar sıklıkla ekstremitelerde görülmektedir ancak nadiren yüz, genital organlar, oral mukoza ve kornea da etkilenebilir. Erkelerde görülme sıklığı daha yüksektir. Burada burun etrafında porokeratozis Mibelli gelişen 18 yaşında bayan bir hasta ender görülen bir hastalık olması nedeniyle sunulmuştur.
