Abstract

Despite major developments in the field of revision surgery in recent decades, the management of severe acetabular deficiency at revision arthroplasty, complex primary total hip replacement remains a complex problem. Surgeons should be aware of the challenges presented by this diagnosis and develop strategies to improve outcomes. If the discontinuity of the pelvic is early detections, early migration of the components does not necessarily result in failure
