Abstract
Health tourism is the journey of individuals to different countries for treatment. In different regions of the world, the concept of health tourism has emerged for various reasons. These reasons include increased health care costs, lack of treatment in some countries, increased cooperation between countries, and ease of transportation. In this study this concept in mind, according to the most preferred clinical varieties considering the historical statistics for health tourism in Turkey most and least preferred selection and analysis is made between the two cities. Analytical hierarchy process, analytical network process and DEMATEL methods are used for this selection and analysis. With these methods, the weight of the main criteria, the relations between the main and sub-criteria and the criteria that are more effective than the others have been reached. Özet
Sağlık turizmi, kişilerin sağlık hizmeti almak için farklı ülkelere tedavi amacı ile yaptığı seyahatlerdir. Dünyanın farklı bölgelerinde çeşitli sebeplerle sağlık turizmi kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu sebepler arasında sağlık maliyetlerinin artması, bazı tedavilerin kendi ülkelerinde yapılmaması, ülkeler arasında iş birliğinin artması, ulaşımda kolaylıkların olması olarak gösterilmektedir. Bu çalışmada bu kavramdan hareketle, Türkiye’de sağlık turizmi için geçmiş istatistikler dikkate alınarak en çok tercih edilen klinik çeşidine göre en fazla ve en az tercih edilen iki şehir arasında seçim ve analiz yapılmıştır. Bu seçim ve analiz için analitik hiyerarşi prosesi, analitik ağ süreci ve DEMATEL yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntemler ile ana kriterlerin ağırlıklarına, ana ve alt kriterler arası ilişkilere ve kriterlerin önem derecelerine ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, belirlenen kriterlerin ağırlıklarından yola çıkarak az tercih edilen şehrin neden az tercih edildiğini ve nasıl daha fazla tercih edileceğini saptamak ve iyileştirme önerilerinde bulunarak sektöre, ülke ekonomisine ve literatüre katkı sağlamaktır.
