Abstract
According to the latest World Health Organization classification, Plasmacytoid urothelial carcinoma of urothelial carcinoma is one of the rare variants. When the diagnosis is usually made with advanced stage aggressive tumors and metastases. A 77-year-old male patient was admitted with lower urinary tract symptoms. Plazmasitoid ürotelyal karsinom Dünya sağlık örgütü son sınıflamasına göre üretelyal karsinomun en nadir varyantlarından biridir. Tanı konulduğunda genelde ileri evrede ve metastaz yapmış agresif tümörlerdir. 77 yaşındaki erkek hasta alt üriner sistem yakınmaları ile başvurdu. Başvuru esnasında hematüri şikayeti yoktu. Ultrasonografide mesane tabanından yaygın heterojen görünümlü solid oluşum gözlendi ve hastaya transüretral rezeksiyon yapıldı. Histopatolojik incelenmede plasmasitoid ürotelyal karsinom tanısı kondu. Multidisipliner bir yaklaşım planlanarak hastaya radyoterapi ve sistemik kemoterapi uygulandı.
