Abstract

Objective: Many clinical and radiological studies have been carried out to establish and examine orthodontic cephalometric norms. Because of the deficiencies of the two dimensional lateral cephalograms in terms of showing clear findings, three-dimensional imaging and studies including analysis methods of these images have come to the forefront. It has been determined that the three-dimensional data differ between populations and studies have been done to determine the norm values. Materials and Methods: Individuals who were between 18 and 30 years old, had complete dentition, balanced face profile, class 1 normal occlusal relationship and received no orthodontic treatment were included in the study. Threedimensional cephalometric analysis was performed on Cone Beam Computed Tomography CBCT images. Results: The mean values we obtained differ according to the analysis results obtained from other populations studies. The mean values of linear measures for male subjects were found to be greater than for female subjects. Male subjects showed larger mandibular length p
