Abstract
In Tokat province beef cattle enterprises have expanded rapidly in the latest years. In this study, construction materials, construction systems and construction elements which are used in agricultural buildings of beef cattle enterprises were determined. Furthermore, organizing the enterprise farmyard, existing conditions and characterics of enterprise buildings, costs of various existing buildings and building capital were studied. Considering the general knowledge of the research area and the results obtained from researchs, the subjects for developing the existing conditions were explained and proposed. Farmyard plans convenient for the region were presented.

Bu çalışmada, Tokat ilinde son yıllarda hızlı bir yayılma alanı bulan besi sığırcılığı işletmelerinde tarımsal yapılarda kullanılan yapı malzemesi, inşaat sistemleri ve yapı elemanları belirlenmiş, işletme avlusunun düzenlenmesi, işletme yapılarının mevcut durumları, özellikleri, yapıların maliyetleri ve yapı sermayeleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma yöresi hakkındaki genel bilgiler ve araştırmalardan elde edilen sonuçların ışığı altında mevcut durumun geliştirilmesi ile ilgili konular açıklanarak önerilerde bulunulmuş ve araştırma yöresi için uygun görülen işletme avlusu düzenlemelerine ilişkin planlar hazırlanmıştır.
