Abstract

Sedative and analgesic effect of remifentanil in patients during RIVA was investigated in this study. A total of 60 patients (ASA I-II) who needed upper limb surgery were included. The patients were divided into three groups and evaluated in preoperative, intraoperative and recovery periods. Group B received a bolus of remifentanil (l $mu$g/kg) followed by a continuous infusion (0.075 $mu$g/kg/min); Grup I received remifentanil (0.1 $mu$g/kg/min) as continuous infusion without bolus. The dose was adjusted to keep tlie sedation score (SS)

Uygulama başlangıcında; Grup B'ye remifentanil l $mu$g/kg dozunda bolus verildiklen sonra infüzyona 0.075 $mu$g/kg/dk dozunda devam edildi, Grup İ'ye bolus doz uygulamadan 0.1 u$mu$g/kg/dk dozunda infüzyon başlandı. Bu gruplarda intraoperatif dönemde remifentanil doz titrasyonu sedasyon skoru (SS)
