Özet

Çalışmanın amacı genellikle kronik ağrıya sebep olan bazı muskuloskeletal sistem hastalıklarında ağrıyla ilişkili sakatlık, depresyon ve anksiyete varlığını ve şiddetini belirlemekti.Kriterlere uyan 485 hasta miyofasiyal ağrı sendromu, fibromyalji sendromu, jeneralize osteoartrit, enflamatuar artrit ve lomber disk hernisi olmak üzere 5 gruptan birine dahil oldu. Vizüel analog skala, ağrıyla ilişkili sakatlık endeksi, Beck depresyon ölçeği’nin kısaltılmış formu ve Taylor manifest anksiyete skalası kullanıldı. Diğer gruplarla kıyaslandığında lomber disk hernisi grubu hastalarda anlamlı derecede yüksek anksiyete skorları tespit edilirken (p
