Abstract

At the cranial magnetic resonance imaging of 36 year old female patient who was presented with the complaints of vomiting, balance disorder and difficulty in walking, hydrocephaly and granulomatous lesions were detected, and the diagnosis was established by transbronchial lung biopsy. A ventriculo-peritoneal shunt has been inserted to palliate her hydrocephaly and steroid therapy was administered. This case has been presented with the aim of taking attention for the clinical symptoms related with neurologic involvement in sarcoidosis have been rarely apparent in the rate of 5% and neurological signs could be occurred without the involvement of pulmonary or other systems sarcoidosis.
