Abstract

Under favour of accumulation of genome sequences that belong to Homo sapiens and other hominins, new insights are procured on human history. Recent studies revealed that gene fl ow occured from arkaic hominins to modern human. Thus, gene fl ow made adaptation of Homo sapiens convenient after spread out of Africa. Adaptive introgression provides a new perspective to understand the interactions between our species and other human species. Genes relevant to immun system are the leading fragments which are eff ected by adaptive introgression.

Özet

Homo sapiens ve diğer homininlere ait genom verilerinin birikmesiyle derinlemesine incelenen insanlık tarihine dair gün geçtikçe yeni bilgiler edinilmektedir. Son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalar, aynı dönemde yaşayan arkaik homininlerden modern insana gen akışı olduğunu ortaya koydu. Dahası bu gen akışı, Homo sapiens'in Afrika'dan çıkıp dünyaya yayılışı sırasında farklı coğrafyalara adaptasyonu açısından kolaylık sağladı.
