Abstract
Timololmaleat is a non-selective ?-adrenoceptor antagonist, currently used as a topicalophthalmic preparation in the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. In this case, electrocardiography of the patient who administered to emergency department with dizziness and syncope showed low ventricular response atrial fibrillation and pause. When the eye drop was discontinued, no pause was seen in the electrocardiography.
