Abstract

Hyperprolactinemia can be seen as an adverse effect during SSRI treatments. We were able to find only a very few reports which were involved with the effect on the prolactin level of a novel SSRI Escitalopram. Here we present a case that had high prolactin levels and galactorrhea during escitalopram treatment.
