Abstract
Cystosarkoma phyllodes is an uncommon neoplasm of the breast. The tumor is similar to fibroadenoma in structure. The local recurrence rate is high after limited surgery for malignant phyllodes. In phyllodes tumor's natural progress, tumor size and positive surgical margin shows a higher risk for recurrence. Radiotherapy is indicated in selected cases.
Özet
Sistosarkoma filloides memenin yaygın olmayan bir tümörüdür. Tümör histopatolojik olarak fibroadenoin ile benzerlik göstermekledir. Filloides tümöründe cerrahi sonrası lokal nüks olasılığı yüksektir. Tümörün büyüklüğü ve cerrahi sınırın pozitif olması filloides tümörünün doğal seyrinde nüks açısından yüksek risk göstergesidir. Radyoterapi seçilmiş vakalarda endikedir.
