Atipik antipsikotiklere ilişkin ekstrapiramidal, metabolik ve kardiyak yan etkiler bildirilmiştir. Paliperidona bağlı siyalore bildiren az sayıda kaynağa rastlanmasına karşın paliperidon palmitata bağlı siyalore bildiren kaynağa rastlanmamıştır.
