Ateşli silah kategorisine girmediği için rahatlıkla satılan havalı tüfekler, küçük çocukların eline geçtiğinde tehlikeli silahlara dönüşüp, ciddi yaralanmalara neden olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, 6 yaşındaki erkek kardeşi tarafından havalı tüfekle yaralanan 4 yaşındaki bir kız çocuğu olgusu nedeniyle, bu önemli konuya dikkat çekilmek istenilmiştir.
