Sadrüşşerîa’nın et-Tavzîh isimli fıkıh usulü kitabında yer alan bu dört mukaddime, hüsn-kubh meselesi zemi- ninde, insan davranışlarının ahlâkî ve hukukî temellerini araştırmaktadır.
