A case of lepra as the single case diagnosed in the Aegean Region of Turkey in 1999 is presented. The patient was a 50-year-old female with lepramatous lepra. She had lived in Antalya, Mediterranean Turkey, as nomad for years followed by final residence in Izmir.

Lepramatöz lepra tanısı konulan 50 yaşında bir kadın hasta sunulmuştur. Hasta Antalya'da göçer olarak yaşamış ve sonra İzmir'e yerleşmiştir. Bu olgu, 1999'da Ege Bölgesi'nde saptanan tek lepra olgusudur.
