İsmail Gaspıralı is an important name who represents the modernization of education in Krimia territory and formation of cultural identity. Gaspıralı, issues a newspaper under the name of Tercüman which uses the slogan at "Unity in language, in idea, in work". This newspaper serves in exchanging such ideas throughout the Turkic geography. Gaspıralı conveys the same ideas via his literature for his readers. In this work, perception of the women is evaluated in these three of his novels. The perception of women (in his novel) is an important indication of modernity. One of the bases which directly indicates the social tensions and evaluations is the literary works. At the end of the 1800s, in the geography of the Ottoman Empire and the Crimean, critics discussed the location of the income of women in society. They moved to different works by intellectuals and literary newspaper. İsmail Gaspıralı is one of these people. Gaspıralı, Kırım coğrafyasında eğitimin modernleşmesi, kimliğin şekillenmesinde sembol isimlerden biridir. "Dilde, fikirde, işte birlik" sloganıyla çıkardığı Tercüman gazetesiyle bu fikirlerin Türk dünyasının farklı coğrafyalarında paylaşılmasına hizmet eder. Edebî eserleriyle de aynı fikirleri farklı bir anlatım tarzıyla okuyucuya aktarır. Bu çalışmada Gaspıralı'nın roman ve hikâyelerinden üçünde, Frengistan Mektupları, Darürrahat Müslümanları, Kadınlar Ülkesi'nde, kadın algısı değerlendirildi. Modernleşmede kadın algısındaki değişim önemli bir göstergedir. Toplumda gözlenen hareketliliğin doğrudan yansıdığı zeminlerden biri de edebî eserlerdir. 1800'lü yılların sonunda Osmanlı ve Kırım coğrafyasında kadının toplumdaki yeriyle ilgili eleştiriler gündeme gelir. Bunlar, farklı aydınlar tarafından gazete ve edebî eserlere taşınır. Bu kişilerden biri İsmail Gaspıralı'dır. Bu çalışmada onun gazete sütunlarına ve edebî eserlerine taşıdığı kadın konusu ele alınmış; fikirleri ve bunları işleyiş biçimi ortaya koyulmuştur.
