Abstract
The main question of this study is whether those, who were victimized within organizations, also victimize others and present aggressive behaviors. Hence, the aim of this study is to determine the effects of perceived victimization on employees aggressive behaviors. In this study, perceived victimization was handled under two forms as direct and indirect. Aggressive behaviors were considered in four dimensions as hostility, verbal aggression, physical aggression and anger. The research was carried out on a group of 72 managers in Kayseri, via convenience sampling and survey methods. According to results of the research, it was determined that both forms of victimization have positive and significant effects on dimensions of aggressive behavior. Accordingly it was revealed as a result that the individuals who are or were victimized also present aggressive behaviors. It was determined that the victims tend to victimize.

Bu çalışmanın temel sorusu örgütlerde mağdur edilenlerin mi başkalarını mağdur ettikleri yani saldırgan davranış sergiledikleridir. Dolayısıyla araştırmanın amacı algılanan mağduriyetin çalışanların saldırgan davranışları üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemektir. Çalışmada algılanan mağduriyet dolaylı ve doğrudan olmak üzere iki tür olarak ele alınmıştır. Saldırgan davranışlar da düşmanlık ifadeleri, sözel saldırganlık, fiziki saldırganlık ve öfke olarak dört boyut olarak düşünülmüştür. Araştırma Kayseride 72 kişilik bir yönetici grup üzerinde kolayda örnekleme ve anket yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre her iki mağduriyet türünün de saldırgan davranış boyutları üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif etkilere sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Buna göre mağduriyet yaşayanların veya yaşamış olanların saldırgan davranışlar sergiledikleri sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Mağdurların mağdur etme eğiliminde oldukları belirlenmiştir.
