Özet

Dış borç, Türkiye gibi gelişmekteolan ülke ekonomileri için en önemlimakroiktisadiproblemlerdenbirisidurumundadır.Bu çalışmada, dış borç,ekonomik büyüme ve enflasyon ilişkisiTü rkiye ekonomisi özelinde irdelenmiştir. Budoğrultuda 1980 2013 dönemi için söz konusuveriler, VAR tekniği kapsamında ADF birim kökanalizi, Granger nedensellik testi, Varyansa yr ı ştırması ve Etki - Tepki fonksiyonları yardımı ileanaliz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, Türkiyede ekonomikbüyümedenenflasyonvedışborçlanmaya doğru tek yönlü bir nedensellik ilişkisi olduğunu, büyüme oranındaki bir şokundışborçlar üzerinde güçlü bir etkiye sahip olduğunu ortayaçıkarmıştır. Varyans ayrıştırmasına aitsonuçlarise,dışborçlardakiherhangibirdeğişmenin enflasyon oranı üzerinde anlamlı biretk ide bulunduğuna işaret etmektedir.
