Abstract

Behcet's Disease is a systemic disorder that may involve various organs. The prevalence of pulmonary involvement in Behcet's is 5 % to 10 %. Chylothorax secondary to superior vena caval obstruction is a rare complication and has been reported in only a few cases. We report a 40-year-old male with Behcet's Disease who developed chylothorax associated with superior vena cava thrombosis.

Özet

Behçet Hastalığı, çeşitli organları tutabilen sisteınik bir bozukluktur. Pıılmoner tutulum sıklığı % 5-10 arasındadır.Vena Kava Superior obstriiksiyonuna bağlı silotoraks nadir bir komplikasyon olup az sayıda olgu rapor edilmiştir. Vena kava superior trombozuna bağlı silotoraks gelişen Behçet hastalığı tanık 40 yaşında erkek olguyu sunuyoruz.
