Abstract
Bronchogenic cysts are rarely seen congenital malformations of tracheobronchial tree. They are usually located in the medi- astinum and intrapulmonary regions. In this paper two adult cases of intrathoracic bronchogenic cyst were presented. Bronchogenic cyst was located in the mediastinum (n=1) or in a intrapulmonary region. One patient had a synchronous hydatid cyst disease of the liver. The patients were symptomatic. The patients were treated by surgery.

Bronkojenik kistler, trakeobronşiyal ağacın ender görülen konjenital lezyonlarıdır. Genellikle mediastinum ve akciğerde lokalize olurlar. Bu makalede intratorasik bronkojenik kist tanılı iki erişkin olgu sunulmuştur. Bronkojenik kist bir olguda mediastende, diğer olguda akciğerde lokalize idi. Bir hasta eşzamanlı karaciğer hidatik kistine sahipti. Her iki olgu da semptomatik idi. Hastalara cerrahi tedavi uygulandı.
