In this article, it has been examined the works of fiqh in the Islamic Civilization of Andalusia. This article consists of four parts. Bu makalede Endülüs İslam Medeniyetindeki fıkıh çalışmaları ele alınmaktadır. Makale dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Mâlikî mezhebinin Endülüs’e girişi, ikinci bölümde Mâlikî mezhebinin Endülüs’te teşekkülü, üçüncü bölümde Mâlikî mezhebinin Endülüs’e kök salması, dördüncü bölümde de Mâlikî mezhebinin Endülüs’teki diğer hukuk ve düşünce ekolleriyle etkileşime girmesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Mâlikî mezhebinin hâkim mezhep konumunda olduğu Endülüs hukuk tarihi bir anlamda Mâlikî mezhebinin de gelişim tarihidir. Makale bu yönüyle de önem arz etmektedir
