Abstract

The lipid cell variant of urothelial carcinoma with lipid-distended cells mimicking signet ring cell I adenocarcinoma is an extremely rare neoplasm. The reported data on prognosis of this variant do not yet allow any definitive conclusions to be reached due to the rareness of presentation. Plasmacytoid urothelial carcinoma of urinary bladder is also very rare; and there has been only I one case reported on English literature regarding urothelial carcinoma with lipid cell and I plasmacytoid features. So in here, we present the histopathologic features of this extremely rare tumor in a case of a 66-year-old man.
