Summary: Reverse-flow radial forearm flap has become one of the primary flaps for reconstruction of the soft-tissue defects of the hand. Some advantages of this flap are ; venous return is by retrograde flow thorough the venae comitantes and no microvascular anostomosis is required. Reverse-flow radial forearm flap were used to reconstruct soft-tissue defects of the hand in eight patients. We had good results in seven patients. We conclude that the reverse-flow radial forearm flaps is a useful, easily elevated flap, suitable for soft-tissue defects of the hand.

Özet: Ters akımlı radial arter önkolflepleri, eldeki yumuşak doku defektlerinin rekonstrüksiyonunda en çok kullandığımız fleplerdendir. Venöz geri dönüşün kominitan venler yardımıyla olması, mikrocerrahi girişime gerek duyulmaması bazı avantajlarıdır. Sekiz olguda eldeki yumuşak doku defektlerinin rekonstrüksiyonunda ters akımlı radial arter önkol flebini kullandık. Yedi olgumuzda iyi sonuç elde ettik. Sonuç olarak; ters akımlı radial arter önkol fleplerinin eldeki yumuşak doku defektlerinin rekonstrüksiyonunda; faydalı, kolay kaldırılan ve uygun bir flep olduğunu düşünüyoruz.
