Abstract

Addison's disease is deficiency of glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid hormones due to the destruction of adrenal glands. The clinical presentation may vary from complete adrenal failure to some non-specific constitutional symptoms. Otoimmune adrenalitis and tuberculosis are the leading causes of Addison's disease. In this paper, we reported the aetiologic and clinical characteristics of 13 patients with Addison's disease.
