Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the trainings on occupational health and safety in municipalities and the level of training perception by employees. Determining the perception level of the employees about occupational health and safety training is important in terms of improving the training and increasing the level of impact. The findings, of the survey conducted with 341 employees, obtained within the scope of the research shows that the majority of the participants received occupational health and safety training. However, more than half of the participants do not consider themselves to be adequately equipped for occupational health and safety. In order to determine the differences in the perception levels of the propositions in the study, analyzes were carried out with the t-test and the ANOVA test.
