Abstract

KLIPPEL-TRENAUNAY SYNDROME (CASE REPORT) Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome is a triad of varicose veins, cutaneous haemangiomas and hypertrophy of soft tissue and bone. Parkes-Weber described arteriovenous fistula as a component of this syndrome. In this case report, an eleven-year-old boy affected with Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome having soft tissue and bony hypertrophy, varicose veins, and vascular nevus of the left lower limb is presented.

Özet

Klippel-Trenaunay Sendromu, konjenital bir anomali olup, vasküler nevüs, variköz venler ve yumuşak doku ve kemikte hipertrofi ile seyreden bir triaddtr. Bu sendromun, Parkes-Weber tarafından bildirilen tipi arteriovenöz fistülü içermektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, sol alt ekstremitesinde kemik ve yumuşak doku hipertrofisi, vasküler nevüs ve variköz venleri olan 11 yaşında Klippel-Trenaunay sendromlu bir erkek çocuk olgu sunulmuştur.
