Technical difficulties with histopathologic union abnormalities in patients with osteopetrosis often cause to emerge complications. In this paper we present a case who operated first with Knowles pin, then angular plate using Pauwels Y osteotomy technique. Osteopetrozisli hastalarda histopatolojik kaynama anormalliklerine ilave olarak cerrahi teknik güçlükler komplikasyonların sık görülmesine sebep olmaktadır. Bu yazımızda kollum femoris kırığı sebebiyle önce Knowles çivisi, sonra Pauwels Y osteotomisiyle açılı plak uygulanan bir vaka sunulmuştur. Boyun rezorpsiyonu ve pseudoartroz ile sonuçlanan vakamızda başarısızlık sebeplerimizi literatür bilgisi altında tartıştık.
