40 yaşında bayan hastanın, üç aylık eski sol dirsek medial kırıklı çıkığı ve tedavisi sunulmuştur. Çok nadir olan bu olguda; açık redüksiyon, kapitellumun kırık fragmanı ve deforme radius başının eksizyonunu takiben, kalıcı aksiller kateterizasyonla bağlanan erken hareket ile iyi sonuç alınmıştır.
