Abstract

Theca cell tumors account for approximately 1% of ovarian neoplasms. Clinical behaviour is almost invariably benign and atypia is rare feature.Theca cell tumors are steroid hormon producing tumors and can cause endometrial hyperplasia and carcinoma. Coexistence of other benign neoplastic ovarian disorders with theca cell tumors has been rarely reported. In thus paper, we report an extremely rare association of thecoma originating from a wall of serous cystadenoma and a well differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma.
