Abstract

Tuberculosis is a granulomatous disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Cutaneous tuberculosis is a rare form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Lupus vulgaris is the most common type of cutaneous tuberculosis. We present a case diagnosed as lupus vulgaris and treated accordingly in our clinic.

Özet

Tüberküloz (TB), Mycobacterium tuberculosis'in (MT) neden olduğu granülomatöz bir hastalıktır. Deri TB akciğer dışı TB'nin nadir bir formudur. Lupus vulgaris (LV) ise deri TB'nin en yaygın görülen tipidir. Kliniğimizde son dönemde tanı konularak tedavisi başlatılan bir olguyu sunmayı uygun bulduk.
