Although cystic lesions of the mediastinum can be easily excised with open surgical techniques, less invasive thoracoscopic approaches are mostly preferred. In this article, two cases of bronchogenic cysts which were excised with mediastinoscopy were presented. We recognized a right paratracheal cystic lesion in two cases including a 53-yearold female with hemoptysis and a 50-year-old male with dyspnea. The lesions were excised through mediastinoscopy. Mediastinoscopy is an alternative procedure to open and thoracoscopic approaches for the treatment of mediastinal cysts with low morbidity and mortality rates.

Mediastenin kistik lezyonları açık cerrahi yöntemler ile kolaylıkla çıkarılabilse de, daha az invaziv olan torakoskopik yaklaşımlar tercih edilmektedir. Bu yazıda, mediastinoskopi ile çıkarılan iki bronkojenik kist olgusu sunuldu. Hemoptizisi olan, 53 yaşında kadın ve dispnesi olan 50 yaşında erkek olgunun ikisinde de sağ paratraekal kistik lezyon tespit edildi. Mediastinoskopi ile lezyonlar çıkarıldı. Mediastinal kistlerin tedavisinde mediastinoskopi, düşük morbidite ve mortalite oranları ile açık ve torakoskopik girişimlere alternatif bir işlemdir.
