Herniation of the bladder into inguinal canal is rarely seen and constitute about 1-4% of allinguinal hernias. Diagnosis before surgery is important in the prevention of potentialcomplications. Mesanenin inguinal kanal içerisine herniasyonu nadir görülür ve tüm inguinal hernilerin yaklaşık%1-4 ünü oluşturmaktadır. İnguinal herni cerrahisi öncesi tanı konması olası komplikasyonlarıönlemesi açısından önem taşımaktadır. Bu yazımızda inguinal herni cerrahisi sırasında birindekomplikasyon gelişen iki vaka sunuldu
