Introduction: Although neurotoxicity after snakebites is commonly seen, particularly in southern and eastern Asian countries, this clinical entity is a rare condition in our country.Case Report: We present a case of a 74-year-old woman who developed extraocular muscle paralysis after a snakebite in a tea garden and was managed with antivenom successfully. Conclusion: Snakebites usually cause local clinical findings, but they can also cause mortality and morbidity due to serious systemic reactions
