Aqueous Processing in a significant innovation in oil seed technology. Aqueous Processing refers to processing of oil seeds with water as the extracting solvent. Oil and protein can be removed simultaneously by dispersing the ground soya in water under suitably controlled conditions, into oil, solid and aqueous phases. In our further studies, production of oil and protein of the soybean and their uses in various areas will be studied.

Sulu yöntem, yağ içeren çekirdeklerin işlenmesinde belirgin bir yeniliktir. Bu yöntem yağlı çekirdeklerin çözücü olarak su kullanılarak işlenmesine denir. Yağ ve protein; bunları içeren çekirdeklerin toz haline getirilip uygun koşullarda su ile muamele edilerek yağ, katı ve sulu faza ayrıştırılması ile elde edilir. İlerideki çalışmalarımızda sulu yöntemle soya fasülyesinden yağ ve protein üretimi ile soya proteinin değişik alanlarda kullanımı olanakları üzerinde çalışılacaktır.
