Salmonella kökenli gıda zehirlenmelerinin önlenmesinde önemli etkiye sahip olan probiyotik tipleri, probiyotiklerin etki mekanizması, probiyotiklerle yapılan diğer çalışmalar, probiyotik kullanımı ve potansiyeli üzerinde durulmuştur.
