Huzurlu bir toplumun oluşmasında sosyal iletişimin kurulmasının büyük önemi vardır. Nitekim insanoğlu sosyal bir varlık olarak yaratılmıştır. Sosyal varlık olmanın en belirgin özelliklerinden biri, insanlarla özellikle de akrabalarla nitelikli iletişimin kurulmasıdır. Bunun için Kur'an ve hadisler incelendiğinde İsl~m dininin, akrabalarla sağlıklı ve nitelikli iletişimin kurulmasına çok büyük önem verdiği ve bu iletişimi kesmenin büyük günahlardan olduğu gö- rülmektedir.
