ERZURUM İLİNDE YONCA BİTKİLERİNDE SAPTANAN FUNGAL ETMENLERİN YAYILIŞLARI VE PATOJEN İTELERİ / THE DİSTRİBUTİON AND PATHOGENICITY OF THE FUNGAL PATHOGENS DETERMİNED FROM ALFALFA PLANTS IN ERZURUM PROVTNCE

Özet

ÖZET: Erzurum İlinde yonca bitkilerinin kök, gövde ve yapraklarında hastalık oluşturan fungal etmenlerin yayılışları, hastalık onanları ve yöredeyaygın olanakyetiştirilen yonca çeşitlerindeki pato|enite!erinin saptanması amacıyla, bu çalışma 1996-1998 yıllan anasında yapılmıştır.Erzurum ilinde yonca bitkilerinin yaprak, gövde ve köklerinde 26 fungus lürü saptanmıştır. Saptanan türler, Coiletotrichum trifoiii, truncatum, Fusarium acuminatum. F avenaceum. F, eouiseti, F. fiocdferum, F otysporum, F. semitectum, Leveillula taurica, Macrophomina phaseolina, Peronospora trifoiiorum. Phoma medicaginis, Pseudopeziza fythium - HS (hyphal-svveiling) grup, Rhizoctonia crocorum, R. solani, iki nükleuslu Rhizoctonia spp., Sclerotinia meliloti. Stemphyiium botıyosum, Trematosphaeria cirdnans. Uromycesstriatus ve steril misel'dir. Bu türlerden acanthophoron, Pythium - HS grup ve 5. trifoiiorum Türkiye'de yonca bitkisinde ilk kez bu çalışma ile saptanmıştır. The fungal species vvereidentifıed as follovvs; Coiietotrichum trifoiii. C. truncatum, Fusarium acuminatum, F. avenaceum, F. eouiseti, semitectum, F. solanı,; Leptotrochila medicaginis. Leveillula taurica, Macrophomina phaseolina, Pseudopeziza medicaginis. fythium acanthophoron, Pythium - HS (hyphal-svveiling) group, Rhizoctonia Rhizoctonia spp., Sclerotinia trifoiiorum, Stagonospora meHloti. Stemphyiium botıyosum, Trematosphaeria sterile myoelial. Of these species, F. fiocdferum. F. semitectum. P. acanthophoron. fythium - HS group, S. trifoiiorum First time on alfalfa plants in Turkey.
