Abstract

Interstitial ectopic pregnancy is a rare hut disasterous antity because of its high mortality rate. Immediate management of interstitial pregnancy includes radical or concervative open and laparoscopic surgical options. For two patiens with interstitial pregnancy who administered to our clinic, surgical treathment was indicated and cornual resection with laparotomy was performed successfuly. Concervative open surgical treatment is a safe prosedüre for immediate treatment of interstitial pregnancy.

Özet

İnterstisyel ektopik gebelik nadir görülmekle birlikte, mortalitesinin yüksek olması nedeniyle önem tastı: İnterstisyel gebeliğe acil yaklaşımda, radikal ya da konservatif, açık ve laparoskopik cerrahi tedavi seçenekleri vardır. Kliniğimize başvuran iki interstisyel gebelik olgusunda acil cerrahi girişim gerekli görülmüş ve laparatomi ile kornual rezeksiyon başarıyla uygulanmıştır. İnterstisyel gebeliğe acil cerrahi yaklaşımda konservatif açık cerrahi güvenle uygulanabilecek bir tedavi yöntemidir.
