Abstract

Introduction: In this study, it was aimed to investigate systematically the cellular based target treatments performed at the molecular level concerning spinal pathology and to show a broader profile about the subject. Materials and Methods: Clinical trials concerning target therapy and spinal surgery conducted between August 1, 1888 and January 8, 2018, in the Cochrane Collaborat ion, the Cochrane Library, Ovid Medline, ProQuest, the National Library of Medicine, and the PubMed electronic databases, were scanned using terms "OR", "AND without language and country restrictions. The articles that met the examination criteria were included in the study. After descriptive statistical evaluation, the results were reported in number with the help of the Microsoft Office Excel (2013) Program. Results: After scanning 1.812.000 articles, it was seen that there were 6 articles that met the research criteria. Conclusion: It was not found sufficient evidence for research into target treatments that can be used in the field of spinal surgery. In order to be able to make a remark on the clinical use, there is an urgent need for invivo studies and for trials with randomized, controlled and clinical designs that provide long-term functional outcomes.

Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, dünya genelinde yapılan çalışmalar içerisinde, omurga patolojisinin giderilmesinde araştırılan, moleküler düzeyde gerçekleştirilen hücresel bazlı hedef tedavilerin, sistematik olarak incelenip, konu hakkında daha büyük bir fotoğrafı görebilmek amaçlandı. Gereçler ve Yöntem: Bu çalışmada, dil kısıtlaması olmaksızın; the cochrane collaboration the cochrane, the cochrane library, ovid medline, proquest, us national library of medicine National Institutes of Health (NLM) ve PubMed, elektronik veritabanlarında, Ağusto s 1888 ila 8 Ocak 2018 tarihleri arasında, “target therapy” ve “spinal surgery” ile ilgili yapılan ve basılmış olan klinik çalışmalar “AND”, “OR” şeklinde literatür taraması yapılarak incelendi. Elde edilen çalışmalar arasından, inceleme kriterlerini karşılayan makaleler araştırmaya dahil edildi. Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi esnasında sonuçlar, Microsoft Office Excel (2013) Programı yardımı ile adet cinsinden gösterildi. Bulgular: İlk tarama sonrasında ortaya konan 1.812.000 adet makaleden, araştırma kriterlerini sağlayan konu ile ilişkili, altı adet makalenin olduğu görüldü. Sonuç: Spinal cerrahi alanında kullanılabilecek olan hedef tedavilere yönelik araştırmalar hakkında yeterli bir kanıt bulunamamıştır. Klinik kullanımına ilişkin yorum yapabilmek amacıyla başta in-vivo olmak üzere, daha uzun dönem fonksiyonel sonuçlar veren, randomize kontrollü ve klinik tasarımlara sahip çalışmalara acil ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
